Melo to lakers is just fluff out of Denver. LA know they need their size in the playoffs, and have flat out denied plans giving up bynum for Melo. Nuggets doing anything to lift the perceived competition to get Melo. Should've ran with Jersey's offer.
Not sure what was played in Aust. Im travelling at the moment. But dwight looked like he was intent on making a point.

Have the lakers said that about bynum? I wonder why so much press is running with the story. But i think youre right as im sure this will make NY panic and give everyone they have for melo now.

Another day another contradiction in Denver. The Post is now saying Melo will strongly consider an extension if not traded by the deadline in 2 weeks. Anything to get the stock up again...

This Cavs losing streak just isn't funny anymore. It's downright sad. Again, the fans truly deserve better than this. Stick it as the latest chapter in the sad, tortured saga of Cleveland sports. Surely, they would much rather accept being mired in mediocrity right now. Who would ever thought they would fall from grace this bad? Now, people who are just casual fans to basketball are starting to wonder will the Cavaliers win a game. My obvious money will fall on when the Wizards, a team that has yet to win a road game this season, come to town. Something has to give there that night.

Oh, it would be a whole lot better and far more deserving if the Evil Laker Empire underwent such an extended losing streak like that with the team they presently got or maybe later. They historically once went 33 games without a loss back in 1972, remember. So why can't it be in reverse? I'll definitely laugh my ass off! Oh, we can all dream.

That is massive with Coach Sloan stepping down (or forced) after 20 years coaching the same team plus another 7 in other areas of the team.

He just signed a one-year extension days ago. I was expecting he would go for 25 years and then hang up his whistle.

    Interesting game, Lakers vs Celts.

I'm uncharacteristically swaying like a reed in the wind this season. I thought Miami was a near certainty, then swung towards the Celtics. But with Bynum playing like he did yesterday....

In fairness, the Celts were without both O'Neals and Delonte West might be a bit tougher than Von Wafer. Then again, Barnes is yet to return for the Lakers- and he would be handy guarding the likes of Paul Pierce.

How about Afflalo with 19 points in the last quarter and hitting the game winner (after Melo fouled out) against Dallas.

Great game to watch: 121-120. Jason Terry's face afterwards was priceless.

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!

Cleveland Cavaliers just defeated the Evil Laker Empire to give them their third straight loss 104-99!!!!

Only 24 straight more deserved losses to go for that morally corrupt and arrogant franchise!
