A slam dunk is powering the ball downward through the basket with one or both hands over the rim...!

Despite what Durant thinks its up their with the best!

Is it a dunk, or a blooper?

If it's not a dunk, I sure as hell wish I could not dunk like that

What's people's thoughts on the Kenyon signing? I think it is a pretty big step to making a real impact in the playoffs. But with Billups going down I dont know... Mo is sketchy come playoff time.

Also, I like the toughness Reggie Evans brings who will play less if not at all now. But if Kenyon is himself he'll bring that with some actual talent so who knows.

Funny how the Clips are that relevant now they can pull free agents from teams like the Heat and Lakers.

Love the kenyon signing. Scoring and interior toughness that Brian Cook fails to bring. Also gives us possibly the best 'I'm scared of going inside vs these headcases' combo of him and Reggie Evans.

Billups injury could be his career ender. 12 months out for a guy who'll be half way to 37 by the time rehab is finished.

I love K-Mart. I think it's a great signing. He should be a good match-up with Paul on offence and his defence and rebounding are so valuable.

Can't see them winning without Billups though. He's been really good for them and Mo isn't that good.

Foye will start as a spot up shooting 4th option, mo will continue as super sub.

He's like a poor man's Steve Nash, with hops. Do the Knicks have anything that might get them the real Nash for the rest of the season?

Judging by the Ferrell clips, looks like the Hornets have borrowed the old Brisbane crowds.

Just you wait until Melo and Amar'e return for Lin

I watched the Wizards game and Lin was doing just fine lobbing it to Chandler. With their current unit, they seemed very happy to have Lin handle the ball constantly and make the play, I'm not sure if that really helps Melo at all. Isn't Melo the type of guy that needs the ball?

Yup, same reason I don't like the rumored Pau for Rondo trade for the Lakers. Kobe is best with the ball in his hands and a shooting point guard who doesn't need to handle the ball, which is not Rondo.

Jeremy Lin throwing it down against the Wizards. Got a band-aid hanging under his chin--got cut in the second quarter.

Ordinary dunk but a great clip because it shows an example of why the NBA is not all it is made out to be. Is there any other pro league in the world capable of "D" that is that bad?

38 points vs the Lakers. Wow. I've been keeping tabs on Lin since his freshman year but never expected his sudden rise.

I always thought that he would be a good import in the NBL.

of course you've been keeping tabs on him .. I'm surprised about how many new and "it" unknown players have all their "I always knew he'd be good and I'd knew he'd be great even though he was undrafted and had been trade 6 times " fans ..

    anyway,

I'd like to thank ESPN for briefly showing the fan at MSG holding the sign calling Lin the "Yellow Mamba!"

I wonder how Politically Correct the USA is at present?

Thanks for the Lin show today, ESPN.
Hey Kobe, do you know who he is yet?

This run by Lin is amazing, but what's killing me is Knicks fans on other forums who think they are contenders for the championship now, or how Lin will make the team so much better.

How far below .500 again? First round fodder.
