    Default The player shuffle

Now that the 15/16 season's done, re-signings & player movements, maintain interest during the off-season.

Hoping that we can reignite Nerf into another stickie, & I'm kicking it off with Jerome Randle signing a 1 year deal with the 36ers.

I've heard a rumor that Gibson may return to Brisbane?

I'm still lurking and will get a proper tracking thread up once the NBL releases the official Free Agents list, if we want to use this one for gossip in the meantime, perhaps?

Rumours that both Rhys Martin and Tim Coenraad could be targeted by the Bullets also? Although they weren't named to the Boomers training squad, so maybe it's Walker who is headed north?

Training squad, I guess they needed someone of his build as training fodder...

I thought I heard the 26 picked will probably not even practice together, and they will likely only come together once the squad is reduced to 16.

That word has been around since Jawai first signed with Perth on a 1 year deal.

I have heard it around town quite a bit. The morning breakfast show on the radio were talking about it too a few days ago. I have no idea if it is true or not.

It wouldn't seem to make much sense for Cairns. They have a pretty big and slow front court as it is. Matt Burston is much more fleet of foot than Nate, and a better defender (except, perhaps, for right under the basket, where Nate is pretty much immovable!)

I think the whole of the Taipans line up depends largely on the league's decision about having three imports per team next season. I spoke to Shaun Bruce and Matt Burston a couple of weeks ago and they are both very keen to return ("That's the plan" was Shaun's comment). Neither of them seemed very certain, and the reason why was the reason I just mentioned.

Confirmed that Gibbo is now QLD bound to the Bullets, along with Kickert from Melb:
