    First game of the season.

First game for Brisbane Bullets for 8 years.

    Very poor crowd in Brisbane.

Let the discussions begin....so far so good with NBL TV.

Well pretty impressed with nbltv so far. Be happy if this is how it will be during the season. Hooked the laptop to the tv and voila 😊

    seeing the usual Gleeson offence.

"give it to the import and he will do something"

    Ahh which one Trevor?

"I dunno, who ever gets it first. try the little one"

Good game from McKay, great interior D and hustles for rebounds.

Johnson looks a bit out of sorts (putting it nicely), hope he comes around at home.

I hope this was written while people were still arriving.

When was the last time 72 points won an NBL game?

Wildcats really missed having a shooter out there. Johnson needs to replace Beals shooting. Not real confident he will after watching that. Cats seemed to have doubled up on a Prather type minus the confidence.

    Yes, exactly. Poor import selection.

    Dump Gleeson.
OMFG this is for Real!!!! * Shocked *

Aoccdrnig to rscheearch at Cmabrigde Uinervtisy, it deosn't mttaer in waht oredr the ltteers in a wrod are, the olny iprmoatnt tihng is taht the frist and lsat ltteer is at the rghit pclae. The rset can be a toatl mses and you can sitll raed it wouthit porbelm. Tihs is bcuseae we do not raed ervey lteter by itslef but the wrod as a wlohe.

I didn't understand why Gleeson opted for speed over shooting... With Prather being the slasher its pointless having Johnson (or Hire/Kenny) as our 2 guard when they don't look to be great shooters.

The biggest concern for me was the lack of shooting guard depth, after Johnson our options are Hire who is a SF and Kenny who is a PG.

I know its just one game, but Johnson really looked out of sorts.

nbl.tv was great, even better if you turn the volume down as you don't hear Shane Heal.

Well we've really gone from having three guys capable of playing the point, to just two, and with Martin's shot not falling yesterday and Kenny having taken no step forward from last season there was nobody left to create.

Having Bevo's team drop 122 tonight vs our 64 is like night and day.

Not sure we will ever get Kenny taking a step forward, dude is 31y/o.

Our best 3pt shooters are Redhage and Wagstaff.
